The Grip chain 1873-D is designed for vertical conveyors where the items are conveyed between two Grip links.

Main application for Grip 1873-D is vertical conveying of containers. The flights for the 1873-D chain are the Snap-On type. The Grip chains have a 0.75 in. pitch side flexing roller base chain.

The Grip 1873-D can run in both directions. The recommended temperature area for the Grip chain is -40 to +80°C (-40 to +176°F).
